With nearly fifteen years of collaboration with Matt Young, their combined experience exceeds thirty years in the field. Brandon's primary responsibilities encompass managing and supervising emissions monitoring and testing projects across diverse industrial sectors. His proficiency extends to automotive assembly, foundry, fiberglass manufacturing, and various other manufacturing plants. In addition to project management, Brandon specializes in emissions control equipment monitoring, regulatory compliance analysis, and air quality permitting. His expertise ensures that CYET delivers tailored, high-quality services to clients, addressing their specific needs effectively. Brandon holds certification as a Qualified Stack Testing Individual across multiple groups, signifying his dedication to excellence and proficiency in methods such as manual gas volume and flow measurements, gaseous pollutants source sampling, hazardous metals measurement, and more. Matt Young: Co-Founder / Senior Project Manager

Randal Tysar: Senior Consultant / Senior Environmental Engineer 
Randal Tysar brings over thirty years of invaluable expertise to Chase Young Environmental Testing Inc (CYET) in the realm of air quality consulting. His extensive experience covers a wide array of areas, including air quality permitting, emissions testing, and regulatory compliance. Randal has successfully managed numerous air quality permitting and testing projects, specializing in new source review permitting, Title V permitting, compliance assistance, emissions test plan and report development, field emissions sampling, emission rate estimations, regulatory analysis, and control equipment feasibility analyses. Randal's profound knowledge and proficiency in these areas complement CYET's capabilities, enabling the company to offer comprehensive air quality-related services to clients. His commitment to excellence and depth of experience significantly enhance CYET's ability to address complex client needs and regulatory requirements effectively.
